Welcome to The Good Health Shop. You won’t find an online shop here — your health is our mission, and that means much more than simply selling you a product. While there’s a space for that, we prefer to meet you, to hear you, and to support you in the best way we know how.

So when you visit our shop in Shelly Beach in KZN, you get our undivided attention — making sure you’ve spent your money in the best possible way for your health. You can get your blood pressure taken, book a Live Blood Analysis, choose a Bach Flower blend, or simply ask us anything.

Curiosity-led, root-cause

As a certified curiosity-led health coach and Root Cause Protocol consultant, I don’t believe the body is broken and waiting to be fixed — I believe it’s a self-healing organism that’s usually just being blocked. Clear the obstacles — minerals, food, stress, sleep — and the body remembers what to do.

Through Live Blood Analysis, Sclerology, Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis and a lot of listening, we look beneath the symptom for the root cause. Then we move — one small step at a time — with coaching, remedies, and a shop full of good food and supplements to support you.

The Good Health Shop is health coaching and education. It works alongside your medical care, never instead of it.
